My Daughter Was Taken. I'm Fighting to See Her Again.

I never believed that something like this could happen to me, that someone could do something like this to my daughter – her own mother!

I had no idea how many people around the world live through similar stories.

This is not only about current financial support, but above all about awareness and an appeal to responsible people to face this with reason, to start talking about it more, and to show their own stories.

In my opinion, that is the only way we can change anything in this problem.

This is not about politics or other nonsense, but about our children.

After Covid, a huge crisis came in the relationship and then, under absolutely unbearable pressure from the family of my former girlfriend from Russia, my daughter was abducted to Russia from me with the arrogant assistance of the Czech police, who let my daughter be taken before my eyes. They did not care at all that I might never see my daughter again. The behavior of the Czech police is the absolute height of arrogance and will be addressed through the public prosecutor's office in Prague and the courts.

I am currently facing severe pressure from the Russian justice system. For more than two years they tried me for child support illegally. I was never officially summoned to court; they always treated me as if I lived in Russia and were Russian, even though I lived in Czechia the whole time and did not understand a word of Russian.

At the very beginning I informed both lawyer Stanislav Kaschycin and the court that I wanted to reach an agreement on child support and contact with my daughter. The lawyer replied to Mariia Isova – the mother of my daughter – that she should ignore me, sue me for as much as possible, and that instead of reaching an agreement we should also litigate over contact with my daughter. A very moral person!!! A lawyer who does business in Czechia and has a family there.

At the very beginning I asked the court to comply with the international treaty between Czechia and Russia. That was ignored.

I ended up in court in the Moscow Region without a lawyer. I do not have the means for a Russian lawyer; among other things, two refused me and one robbed me of 300 euros. She took the money, did nothing, and stopped responding.

I began defending myself with the help of AI.

I was sentenced to 40 hours of community service for judgments that had been enforced illegally without me during two years in Russia while I was living in Czechia.

After more than two years and very complicated and costly proceedings, I made it to Russia so I could be close to my daughter and somehow litigate.

At first in Russia I had to sleep in a forest outside Moscow because nobody wanted to accommodate me, even though all my documents were in order. I went through hell.

Lawyer Kaschycin and Mariia Isova sent the FSB after me. At the border they interrogated me like a military intelligence officer and wanted to take me to prison. Fortunately, in the end the border guard was reasonable, believed it was nonsense, and let me go.

I arrived in Russia and immediately received a 40-hour sentence.

I appealed by myself and, by myself, won against professional lawyer Kaschycin. Twice: two courts overturned the judgment and the sentence was cancelled. Clear proof that I was right and had been tried illegally.

For this judgment I must thank the completely objective female judge at the Moscow court in Shchyolkovo. She was the first judge who listened to me and ruled fairly. She returned it to the lower court, and it cancelled the entire judgment.

Then lawyer Kaschycin, Mariia Isova, and my interpreter took me to the child support enforcement officers. There they all went after me like vultures. I had no protection, I was alone.

The interpreter who was interpreting for me is an acquaintance of Mariia Isova's family. They had paid him privately before, so they know each other and travel to hearings together.

A conflict arose there. Kaschycin started yelling at me in Czech that I was finished in Russia. And the biggest shock came when “my” interpreter told me in the corridor that he did not know what I wanted in Russia and what I wanted to achieve.

I told him that it was not his problem; he was not my lawyer, only a translator.

And he shouted at me that I would never see my daughter anyway!!!

That was a total shock and breaking point. I had to control myself incredibly hard.

During the last six months Mariia Isova filed lawsuits against me to terminate my parental rights. The hearing was without me, without an interpreter, and with my lawyer whom I had never seen.

That is unbelievable.

I managed to appeal, and now on September 2 there will be a court hearing where everything is at stake!!!

If I lose, I will lose my daughter!!!

I may never see her again.

The situation is extremely serious and critical.

For a year I have been scraping by in Russia so that I could see my daughter at least once. I have no resources left, only my guitar.

I learned Tommy Emmanuel's song “I Have Always Thought of You”. When he was on tour and missed his daughter, he went back to her.

I may no longer be able to go back to her.
