First Moscow Filing Submitted
April 8, 2026
The first full filing package is now in place, including translations, chronology, and preserved communication records.
This week I submitted the first complete package of legal materials in Moscow. It includes a detailed timeline, translated correspondence, and a structured set of supporting documents.
The purpose is simple: to move the case away from emotion and back toward facts, process, and the best interests of my daughter. Every page has been organized so the court can see the history clearly.
Public support matters because legal work across borders is expensive. Translation, filings, travel, and document handling continue to create pressure, but the record is getting stronger.
